1. Authenticity Guarantee

Every piece from our Sacred Collection is accompanied by an Official Lab Certificate. If an item is proven to be anything other than a natural, untreated gemstone by a certified laboratory, we offer a 100% immediate refund.

2. Damage Claims

In the rare event that your relic is damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To process a claim, email photos of the damaged item and the original packaging to care@divinityhealingcrystals.com.

3. Energetic Hygiene

Because crystals absorb energy, we do not accept returns for items that have been “cleansed,” “charged,” or used in personal rituals. This ensures that every customer receives a stone that is untainted by prior use.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs for damaged returns are fully covered by Divinity Healing Crystals.
