1. Authenticity & Energy

Every gemstone is lab-certified and Reiki-charged at our Dehradun facility. While we guarantee the authenticity of our stones, the metaphysical results are subjective and depend on individual intent.

2. Order Verification

To ensure authenticity and prevent shipping errors, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require WhatsApp confirmation from our team. Orders remain pending until this verification is completed.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days, provided the Lab Certificate and original packaging are intact.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
