2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- 7-Day Policy: You may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all original packaging and the Lab Authenticity Certificate.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours) via WhatsApp. Please include a photo of the package and the gemstone. We will prioritize your replacement or refund to ensure your experience remains positive.
4. Initiating a Return
To start your return, simply message our support team on WhatsApp with your Order ID. We provide a hassle-free, door-to-door pickup service for your convenience.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
